ST. HELENA. This casual Mexican eatery isn't just known for its fresh, tempting fare ­ it's also celebrated for its fun karaoke nights and weekend lineup of live music. Grab one of their famous margaritas and head to the dance floor, where you can get down to the best local rock, reggae, dance hall, funk, and R&B on Fridays and Saturdays. Thursday nights are dedicated to karaoke ­ perfect for a group of friends. Every third Sunday is open mic night, so warm up your voice and join the party!

NAPA. Charming, rustic Angèle serves rich, tempting dishes from southern France. Boasting a small bar and a pleasing riverside patio, the restaurant offers a coziness that happily ensconces patrons as they dine. RUTHERFORD. Like a Tuscan manor, this inn sits in stately elegance atop a hill overlooking an olive grove and the lush valley below.
